8 ears of corn
2 leaves big leaf thyme
1 pimento pepper
12 leaves chadon beni
2 tbsp. salt
Directions:
Wash and clean the corn, removing the excess silk. Break each ear into two, if desired, and place in a deep pot. Fill with water to cover the corn.
