Ingredients:
3 green pommecythere (Golden Apple)
7 leaves chadon beni, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash, peel and dice the pommecythere. Add the chopped chadon beni, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend finely in a blender.
Store in a clean container or bottle. Refrigerate.
Serve with pholourie, baiganee etc.
