Ingredients:
1 tin corned beef (340g)
1 onion, chopped
3 small tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pimento, chopped
1 small cabbage, shredded
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp golden ray margarine
2 tbsp ketchup (optional)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:
Shred and wash the cabbage. Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion, tomato and garlic. Saute until the onion looks translucent. Add the cabbage and pimento. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add the corned beef and golden ray margarine. Cook for 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over rice.
